Welcome to Orange Sky Details LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our car detailing services. By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Orange Sky Details provides a range of professional car detailing services, including but not limited to, interior detailing, exterior detailing, full detailing, and specialized services such as our Pet Owner Package, and other add-ons.

2.1 Appointments: All services are provided by appointment only. You can book a service through our website, via phone, or email.

2.2 Service Location: We offer both mobile detailing at a location of your choice and a fixed-location drop-off service in Santa Fe, New Mexico. You are responsible for ensuring there is a safe, legal, and suitable space for us to perform the service at your specified location.

2.3 Rescheduling and Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of a booked service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

3.1 Pricing: Our prices are based on the size and condition of the vehicle. All pricing is subject to our professional assessment of your vehicle upon arrival. If the actual condition of the vehicle requires significantly more time or product than initially estimated (e.g., severe pet hair, excessive stains), we reserve the right to adjust the final price. We will communicate any price adjustments with you for your approval before proceeding with the service.

3.2 Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified by us.

3.3 Quotes: Any price quoted before an on-site inspection is a preliminary estimate only and is not a guarantee of the final price.

4.1 Vehicle Condition: You are responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle prior to our arrival. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

4.2 Access to Utilities: For mobile services, we may require access to a power outlet and water source. You are responsible for providing these, or you must inform us in advance if you cannot so we can bring a self-contained setup.

4.3 Honesty About Condition: You agree to accurately describe the condition of your vehicle when booking. Failure to do so may result in a price adjustment or cancellation of the service if the condition is beyond the scope of our services.

5.1 Limitation of Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure your vehicle is treated with the utmost care, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to, scratches, dents, or paint imperfections. We are also not liable for any damage to aftermarket parts, custom modifications, or electrical components that may be affected by the detailing process.

5.2 Odor Removal: We use advanced ozone treatment to neutralize odors, but we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all odors, especially those that have permeated the vehicle's components over a long period.

5.3 Pet Hair Removal: While our Pet Owner Package is highly effective, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of every single pet hair. Some deeply embedded hairs may remain.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Orange Sky Details LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
